Garlic prawns and chorizo

Method

1.Heat 5mm of olive oil in a small frying pan, add the chorizo, chilli and garlic and fry over a moderate heat for 3-4 minutes or until fragrant.
2.Add the raw prawns and cook quickly on both sides. This will take only a minute or two.
3.Serve immediately in the frying pan with plenty of crusty bread to sop up the garlic and chilli-infused oil.
