1.In a large saucepan, bring salted water to boil. Cook the spaghetti according to packet instruction. Drain.
2.Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan over high heat. Cook prawns 1 minute each side, until golden but not cooked through. Remove from the pan; set aside.
3.Cook garlic 30 seconds. Add wine; reduce by half. Add the cream; bring to boil. Simmer 1 minute, until slightly thickened. Return prawns to the pan for 1-2 minutes, until cooked through.
4.Add rocket and spaghetti; stir through. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with lemon cheeks.
We would recommend using a medium-bodied white wine for this recipe.
