Method

1.Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan-forced). Place bases on oven trays; sprinkle with garlic slices and cheese, drizzle with oil.
2.Bake, uncovered, about 10 minutes or until browned and crisp. Cut pizzas into thin wedges; serve with Pesto.

To make pesto; blend or process basil, cheese, pine nuts and garlic until chopped finely; with motor operating, add oil, process until combined. Press plastic wrap over surface; refrigerate until needed.
