Ingredients

Method

1.Cook noodles in large saucepan of boiling water until tender; drain. Rinse under cold water; drain.
2.Meanwhile, heat half the oil in wok; stir-fry pork, in batches, until browned all over. Remove from wok.
3.Heat remaining oil in wok; stir-fry onion until soft. Add capsicums; stir-fry until tender.
4.Return pork to wok with noodles, cabbage and sauces; stir-fry until cabbage wilts.

You can use soba, fresh hokkien or rice noodles in this dish.
