Method
Fried chilli prawns with garlic and lemon yogurt
1.Make garlic and lemon yoghurt.
2.In a medium saucepan or wok, heat oil. Toss unshelled prawns in combined flour and chilli; shake away excess. Deep-fry prawns, in batches, until browned lightly. Drain on absorbent paper. Season with salt and a little extra ground chilli to taste. Serve with lemon wedges.
3.Serve prawns with yoghurt.
