Method
1.In a large frying pan, heat oil on high. Brown mince for 4-5 minutes, breaking up lumps.
2.Stir in seeds and spices and cook for 1-2 minutes, until toasted. Add honey and cook 30 seconds. Remove from heat and season to taste.
3.To make the salad; combine all ingredients in a bowl. Season to taste.
4.Spread pita bread with hummus. Cover evenly with lamb mixture, then top with a handful of salad to serve.
