Method
1.Combine fish and lime juice in a bowl. Add a dash of tabasco, if using. Lightly spray a non-stick frying pan with cooking oil spray and heat on high. Cook fish for 3-5 minutes, until opaque and just cooked through.
2.Meanwhile, warm tortillas according to packet directions.
3.To serve, place fish and remaining ingredients in small bowls and let everyone serve themselves.
