Method
1.Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat Saute onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes until onion is tender.
2.Blend in the tikka masala simmer sauce. Cook, stirring, for 1-2 minutes until fragrant
3.Add fish and beans. Simmer, covered, for 8-10 minutes or until fish is cooked through. Serve with rice and natural yoghurt, if liked.
You can also make this recipe with mixed seafood or chicken. Cook chicken for 20 minutes.
