Method

1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly oil a baking tray.
2.In a bowl, combine all ingredients except sesame seeds, mixing well. Halve mixture and mould into two sausage shapes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and press in slightly. Place on prepared tray.
3.Cover with foil and bake 30-35 minutes, draining liquid after 20 minutes.
4.Remove foil and bake a further 10 minutes, until loaf is browned. Rest 5 minutes then cut into thick slices. Serve with broccoli, carrots, oven-baked baby potatoes and gravy.

You can use egg replacer powder here. Find it in the health food section of your supermarket. If you do, remove the tomato paste and half the barbecue sauce.
