Method

1.Dip both sides of lamb cutlets into dukkah mix.
2.Cook cutlets, in batches, in heated oiled large frying pan.
3.Serve cutlets drizzled with combined honey and molasses.

Pomegranate molasses has a tart, fruity taste similar to balsamic vinegar. It is available at Middle Eastern food stores and specialty food shops.
