1.In a small bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, grain mustard, honey, brown sugar, thyme leaves and cracked black pepper.
2.Spread over all sides of steak. Place steak into a lightly oiled, shallow, 1L microwave-safe dish. Chill for 30 minutes.
3.In a bowl, toss together rocket leaves, cannellini beans, cherry tomatoes and red onion. Arrange on serving plates.
4.In a jug, whisk together balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and mustard. Set aside.
5.Cook beef, uncovered, on medium (70%) power for 11 minutes/500g (rare), 12 minutes/ 500g(medium-1), 14 minutes/500g (well done).
6.Stand for 10 minutes. Drizzle dressing over salad. Slice beef thinly and arrange on salad.
