Method
1.Combine flaked tuna, spinach leaves, snow peas, bean sprouts, basil leaves and mint leaves, carrot, peanuts, and ginger and toss well.
2.In a jug, whisk together lime juice, soy sauce, peanut oil, palm sugar, sesame oil, red chillies and garlic.
3.Drizzle dressing over salad before serving.
