Method
1.Heat oil in a large saucepan, add onion and celery and cook over a low heat for 5 minutes to soften. Blend soup mix with milk and add to the pan.
2.Bring to the boil, stirring until mixture thickens. Cut fish into large chunks and add to the pan. Simmer very gently for 10 minutes to cook fish. Stir in chopped parsley and serve.
