Ingredients: 1 cup cooked pasta; 1/2 cup (80g) sliced cooked skinless chicken or other cold cooked lean meat; 1/2 cup torn baby spinach leaves; 10 cherry tomatoes, halved; 30 gram low-fat fetta cheese, cubed; 2 button mushrooms, sliced; 2 tablespoon mayonnaise; 1 green onion (shallot), sliced

Method

1.Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Spoon into an airtight lunch box. Chill until required.
