Method

1.Bring stock to a boil in large saucepan.
2.Cut kernels from corn cob, add to pan with cauliflower and carrot; return to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer with lid on for about 10 minutes or until cauliflower is just tender.
3.Stir in snow peas and onion; simmer, uncovered, 2 minutes.
