1.Heat oil in a frying pan on medium. Saute onion 2-3 minutes, until tender. Transfer to a bowl. Cool slightly. Add half of 1 can of the chickpeas with tuna, breadcrumbs, flour, chilli, coriander, egg and lemon zest.
2.In a food processor, place remaining chickpeas. Process until smooth. Add to tuna mixture, stirring to combine. Season to taste. Shape mixture into eight patties. Chill patties 15 minutes.
3.Heat a frying pan on medium. Spray with oil. Cook patties 3-4 minutes each side, until crisp and golden. Drain on paper towel. Serve with salad and sweet chilli sauce.
