Method

1.Wrap one slice of prosciutto tightly around each of four breast fillets. Cook chicken in a heated oiled large frying pan. Remove from pan, cover to keep warm.
2.Melt butter in same pan; add baby capers, garlic, basil and parsley, cook until herbs just wilt. Serve chicken with warm herb sauce.
