Cabbage salad
Method
1.Thread chicken evenly onto 12 bamboo skewers. Pour masala sauce over chicken, turning skewers to coat. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
2.Preheat a barbecue plate to medium-high. Cook skewers for 10 minutes, turning to cook each side, until well browned and cooked through.
3.To make the cabbage salad, place all ingredients in a bowl and toss well. Serve the salad with the chicken skewers.
Soak bamboo skewers in warm water for 30 minutes before using.
