Method

1.Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water for 10 minutes or until tender. Add asparagus and frozen vegetables mix during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain; return to pan.
2.Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Cook chicken, in 2 batches, for 5 minutes or until browned and cooked.
3.Toss chicken, tomatoes and basil through pasta. Serve sprinkled with parmesan.

Use a bought barbecued chicken if desired. Try this with green beans instead of asparagus.
