Method
1.Cook on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until browned both sides and cooked through. Cover to keep warm.
2.Heat oil in medium saucepan and stir onion, bacon and garlic over heat until bacon is browned and onion is soft.
3.Add wine; cook until wine is almost evaporated. Add stock and lentils; cook until lentils are hot and stock is reduced by half. Remove from heat; add tomatoes and parsley, stir gently to combine.
4.Serve chicken with lentil salad.
