Garlic yoghurt sauce
Method
1.Thread chicken, capsicum, onion, tomato, bread and olives onto 8 skewers. Combine oil and basil in a bowl; brush over skewers.
2.Preheat a char-grill or barbecue plate to moderate.
3.Cook skewers, turning, 6-8 minutes, or until chicken is cooked. Transfer to a plate. Cover with foil; rest 5 minutes.
4.Meanwhile, to make garlic yoghurt sauce, combine all ingredients in a small jug; season with salt and pepper.
5.To serve, spoon tabouli onto plates; top with skewers. Serve with sauce and lemon wedges.
