Method
1.Heat one tablespoon of the oil in large frying pan; cook chorizo and capsicum, stirring, until capsicum softens. Remove from pan.
2.Add chicken, in batches, to same pan; cook, stirring, until chicken is browned and cooked through. Return chorizo mixture to pan with chicken.
3.Meanwhile, cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water until tender; drain.
4.Add garlic and olives to chicken mixture; cook, stirring, 2 minutes. Toss chicken mixture with remaining oil, parsley and pasta.
