Method
1.Preheat oven to 220°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
2.Place pumpkin onto tray. Spray with cooking oil and sprinkle with dukkah. Bake 25 minutes or until tender; mash roughly with a fork. Top sourdough with pumpkin, baby spinach and smoked chicken breast.
3.Drizzle with combined macadamia oil and dukkah.
