Chiken and chilli stir-fry

1.Combine teriyaki marinade, chilli and ginger. Add chicken and toss to coat. Marinate, 15 minutes.
2.Heat oil in a wok on high. Stir-fry onion, 1-2 minutes, until tender. Add drained chicken, reserving marinade, and stir-fry in batches, 2-3 minutes each, until cooked through.
3.Add mushrooms, pak choy, sweet chilli and reserved marinade. Stir-fry, 2-3 minutes, until vegetables have wilted slightly. Stir coriander through. Serve with rice.
