Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
2.Cut pastry into halves, place on prepared tray and prick all over with a fork. Bake for 10 minutes, until pastry is golden and crisp.
3.Combine cheeses and spread over pastry, leaving a 2cm border around sides. Arrange star fruit on top.
4.Whisk egg yolk and milk together, then brush over pastry border. Sprinkle pastry and fruit with sugar. Bake for 5 minutes, until cheese has melted and star fruit is heated through. Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
