Method
1.Preheat a chargrill on medium. Combine avocado, mayonnaise, sour cream, sweet chilli sauce, basil and coriander. Mix until smooth.
2.Brush chicken fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Chargrill 3-5 minutes each side, until cooked through.
3.Slice chicken and serve with avocado mayonnaise, salad and crusty bread.
