Method
1.Preheat an oven-grill to high. Cut rolls in half horizontally. Place on a baking tray. Grill both sides until golden. Cool slightly.
2.Spread cut side of rolls with basil dip; top with vegies, tomato and cheese. Grill 2-3 minutes or until cheese has melted. Season. Serve topped with rocket.
Char-grilled vegetables, such as eggplant, zucchini, capsicum and kumara are available from the deli counter. Reduce fat option: if buying bottled char-grilled vegetables, choose varieties packed in vinegar, not oil.
