Method
1.Cook tuna on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until cooked as desired. Cover, rest 2 minutes, cut into thick slices.
2.Meanwhile, make dressing, place ingredients in screw-top jar; shake well.
3.Combine tuna and dressing in large bowl with capsicum and mesclun, toss gently to combine.
Brushing the whole piece of tuna with olive oil 3 hours ahead of cooking will help keep it moist and soft when it’s grilled.
