Method

1.Cook spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water for 8-10 minutes, following packet instructions. Drain well.
2.Meanwhile, heat oil in a medium frying pan on high. Saute onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes until tender. Add tomato, capsicum, olives and basil. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring, until heated through. Stir pine nuts through.
3.Toss mixture through pasta. Season to taste. Serve topped with parmesan and extra basil leaves

Canned tuna would be a lovely addition to this recipe. If toasted pine nuts are unavailable, toss them in a dry frying pan over a medium heat until golden.
