Method
1.Heat oil in a large frying pan over moderate heat. Cook and stir onion for 3 minutes or until just tender. Add garlic and carrot; cook and stir for 3-4 minutes more or until carrot softens.
2.Add cabbage and juice; cook and stir for 3 minutes or until just tender. Add sour cream to coleslaw and season with salt and pepper. Cook and stir for 1 minute. Toss pine nuts through coleslaw then serve at once.
Chinese cabbage is also known as wombok; it’s available from supermarkets and greengrocers. You can use red or savoy cabbage instead.
