Method
Camembert with craisin and watercress salad
1.Toss camembert in seasoned flour, shaking off excess. Dip in beaten egg, then toss in breadcrumbs.
2.Heat oil in a wok or deep saucepan on high. When hot, deep-fry cheese in batches for 2-3 minutes, until golden. Drain on paper towel.
3.Make Vinaigrette as per method below.
4.In a large bowl, combine watercress, craisins and camembert. Drizzle with vinaigrette before serving.
Vinaigrette
5.In a small jug, whisk all ingredients together. Season to taste.
