Method
1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C (160°C fan forced). Lightly grease a 25cm pie dish.
2.Whisk milk, eggs and butter together.
3.Sift flour into a large bowl, make a well in the centre. Gradually mix in milk mixture.
4.Add half the cheese, then cabanossi, corn, parsley and chives. Season to taste.
5.Spoon mixture into plate. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 45-50 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Serve with salad.
This quiche separates into a pastry-like base and filling as it bakes. This freezes well, whole or in wedges.
