Method
1.Cook broccoli in a saucepan of boiling, salted water, 5 minutes, until tender. Drain, reserving 1 cup water, and keep warm.
2.Cook bucatini in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water according to packet directions. When tender but firm to the bite, drain. Return to pan with broccoli and reserved broccoli water. Cook on low heat, 2-3 minutes, to heat through.
3.Meanwhile, heat oil in a small frying pan on low. Add chilli, garlic and anchovies. Sauté gently, 2-3 minutes, until aromatic. Add to pasta and broccoli. Season to taste and toss to combine. Serve.
