This simple stir-fry combines melt-in-your-mouth beef with mushrooms and tender broccolini. Ready to eat in less than 30 minutes, it's the perfect weeknight dinner.
1.Heat oil in a wok on high. Stir-fry garlic and chilli for 1 minute. Add beef in 2 batches and brown for 3-4 minutes each. Add mushrooms and cook for 1-2 minutes.
2.Mix in combined palm sugar, soy, mirin and sesame oil. Simmer on low, covered, for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3.Add broccolini and cornflour mixture. Simmer, stirring, for 2 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles.
Make slicing easier by partially freezing beef first.
