Method
1.Preheat an oven-grill to moderately high. Split rolls in half horizontally; place rolls, cut-side up, on a baking tray.
2.Top rolls with spinach, bolognese sauce, tomato and cheese. Grill for 4-5 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden. Serve.
Packaged bolognese sauce is near the fresh pasta in the dairy section. You can also use leftover homemade bolognese sauce. Try using long Turkish (pide) bread instead of rolls; cut bread before serving.
