Method
1.Heat half of the peanut oil in wok or large frying pan; stir-fry beef, in batches, until browned all over.
2.Heat remaining peanut oil in same wok, stir-fry capsicum, broccoli and garlic until vegetables are just tender.
3.Add blended cornflour and water then sauces, sesame oil and vinegar to wok; stir-fry until sauce boils and thickens slightly. Return beef to wok with snow peas and mushrooms; stir-fry until heated through.
