Method
1.Heat half the peanut oil in wok; stir-fry beef, in batches, until browned. Remove from wok.
2.Heat remaining peanut oil in wok; stir-fry onion until softened. Add garlic, ginger, chilli and mushrooms; stir-fry until mushrooms are tender.
3.Meanwhile, place noodles in large heatproof bowl, cover with boiling water; separate with fork, drain.
4.Return beef to wok with noodles and remaining ingredients; stir-fry until hot, season to taste.
