Method
1.Preheat oven to 240°C/475°F.
2.Cook spinach in medium saucepan until wilted.
3.Cut 8 x 10cm (4-inch) rounds from pastry sheets.
4.Cut beef into eight 1cm (½-inch) slices; season.
5.Place small amounts of spinach on top of each piece of beef. Place pastry rounds over beef; press pastry over and around beef to enclose, leaving the base open slightly to allow juices to escape.
6.Place beef parcels on oiled wire rack over baking dish; brush with egg. Bake about 15 minutes or until pastry is browned.
