Method
1.Heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat.
2.Add oil; swirl to coat surface. Add mince; stir-fry, breaking up lumps with back of a spoon, 3-5 minutes, or until browned.
3.Add carrot, cabbage, snow peas, sauce and water; stir-fry 2-3 minutes, or until vegetables are just tender.
4.Meanwhile, soak noodles in boiling water in a large heatproof bowl 3 minutes; stir to separate strands, then drain.
5.Add noodles to mince mixture; toss gently to combine.
6.Spoon noodles and mince onto lettuce leaves, then sprinkle with green onion. Serve drizzled with sweet chilli sauce.
