Method
1.Preheat oven to 150°C.
2.Heat oil in a 2.5 litre (10-cup) flameproof baking dish; cook beef, in batches, until browned. Remove from dish.
3.In the same dish, cook onion, carrot and garlic, stirring over heat, until onion is soft.
4.Return beef to dish; stir in parsley, paste, mustard, wine and stock. Season to taste. Bake, covered, 1¾ hours or until beef is tender.
