1.Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
2.Combine mince, onion, carrot, paste, worcestershire sauce, zest, potato, peas and parsley in a medium bowl.
3.Cut pastry sheets into quarters (triangles). For each triangle: place one piece of pastry on a flat work surface. Brush edges with egg. Place 1/8 of the beef mixture at centre. Top with another pastry triangle; press edges to seal. Place on prepared tray; sprinkle with cumin seeds.
4.Brush triangles with remaining egg. Bake 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve with tomato chutney and salad.
You could substitute poppy seeds for cumin seeds, if preferred.
