Ingredients

Method

1.Soak noodles in boiling water in a medium heatproof bowl for 5 minutes; stir to separate strands, then drain.
2.Heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Stir-fry beef, in batches, for 1-2 minutes or until browned. Remove from wok. Add vegetables and noodles; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until heated through.
3.Add sauce and beef; stir-fry for 1-2 minutes or until heated. Stir in half the onion. Serve topped with remaining onion.

If you can’t find black bean stir-fry sauce, use 2-3 tablespoons black bean paste; add enough water to coat noodles. Try using trimmed, thinly sliced rump steak instead of beef strips. You’ll find stir-fry vegetables in the fruit and vegetable section. Look for thinly sliced or shredded mixed vegetables.
