Method
1.In a wok or large frying pan, heat oil on high. Stir-fry beef in 2 batches, 2-3 minutes each, until well browned. Return all beef to wok.
2.Stir sherry and sauces through. Toss until liquid begins to simmer. Add beans and mushrooms, Stir-fry 2-3 minutes, until just tender.
3.Place noodles in a large colander. Pour boiling water over to separate. Drain well.
4.Add noodles to wok. Toss gently to coat and serve topped with green onions.
