Barbecued chicken tacos

Mexican chicken tacos get the party started and are easy finger food. Create your own or just use bought guacomole. Simple!

Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Heat taco shells for 5 minutes following packet instructions.
2.Fill each shell with an equal amount of shredded lettuce, barbecued chicken, taco sauce (from kit), chopped tomato, grated tasty cheese and finish with sour cream and guacamole. Serve immediately.

Buy prepared guacomole or simply mash a ripe avocado with a little lemon juice and a dash of chilli sauce.
