Method

1.Preheat oven to moderate 180°C. Lightly grease four 1-cup ramekins.
2.Heat milk in a saucepan on medium. Bring to boil, then remove from heat.
3.Melt butter in a large saucepan on medium. Add flour and cook, stirring, 1 minute. Remove from heat. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until smooth. Return to heat. Cook, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens. Reduce heat to low and simmer 3 minutes.
4.Stir macaroni, salmon and cheese through sauce. Divide mixture among ramekins.
5.To make topping: in a small bowl, toss all ingredients together.
6.Spoon topping over each ramekin to cover. Bake 15-10 minutes, until melted and bubbling. Serve with salad if liked.

If cooking macaroni from dry, you will need 2 cups (185 gram).
