Method
1.Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Grease 2 large baking trays. Place a pizza base on each prepared tray; spread with pizza sauce. Top with spinach, beans and bacon, then sprinkle with mozzarella.
2.Bake, swapping trays halfway through cooking, for 20 minutes or until mozzarella has melted.
3.Serve with salad.
You can use any flavour of baked beans. Use pita bread or Lebanese bread instead of pizza base.
