Method
1.Preheat a barbecue plate or frying pan on high.
2.Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a frying pan on medium; saute onion 3 minutes, until tender. Combine onion with mince, parsley, egg, tomato sauce and worcestershire sauce in a bowl; season and mix well.
3.Make 4 large, flat patties. Brush barbecue with remaining oil; cook 3-4 minutes each side, until cooked through.
4.Assemble burgers on bread rolls with salad ingredients, cheese, chutney and extra sauce. Serve.
