1.Combine sauces, vinegar, honey, five-spice, garlic and ginger in medium jug.
2.Combine ½ cup (125ml) of the sauce mixture in medium bowl with pork. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
3.Stir the water into remaining sauce mixture; refrigerate.
4.Drain pork; reserve marinade. Cook pork on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue), brushing occasionally with marinade. Cover; stand 10 minutes then slice thickly.
5.Combine remaining ingredients in medium bowl. Top salad with pork; serve with reserved sauce.
