Asian’meatball’rolls with hoisin mayonnaise
1.Chop sausages into 2cm (¾-inch) pieces. Heat oil in large frying pan over medium heat; cook sausage, stirring, until browned and cooked.
2.Combine mayonnaise, hoisin sauce and ginger in small bowl.
3.Split rolls without cutting all the way through; spread with mayonnaise mixture. Fill with sausage, carrot, onion, chilli and sprouts; drizzle over sweet chilli sauce. Accompany with any leftover mayonnaise mixture.
