Agnolotti with bacon

This beef and red wine agnolotti with bacon and tomato would make a great lunch or light dinner. And, the best thing is, it can be on the table in 15 minutes.

Ingredients

Method

1.Cook pasta in boiling salted water for 5 minutes or until tender but firm to the bite. Drain: return to pan.
2.Meanwhile, heat an oiled medium frying pan over medium heat. Add bacon; cook, stirring, for 3-4 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
3.Add bacon and remaining ingredients to pasta: toss to combine. Serve immediately.

You can use tortellini if you can’t find agnolotti.
